Psychodrama and self-development workshops

Life moves fast… and many of us rarely pause to truly listen to what wants to emerge in our lives. Soulgen’s self-development psychodrama workshops are small-group, experiential spaces designed to support people to reconnect with spontaneity, vitality, creativity and direction in life.

Are you ready to take the next step?

Through embodied, relational action methods, participants have the opportunity to explore the areas that matter most – relationships, creativity, purpose, wellbeing, leadership, intimacy and personal growth – in a supportive and carefully held environment.

These workshops are grounded, compassionate and relational. They are not about self-help ”hacks’, but rather about reconnecting with your inner life, resources and capacity for choice, in connection with others.
If you’re feeling ready to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and take the next step toward a life that feels more aligned and alive – this work may be for you.

Psychodrama is an embodied, relational method that uses creative action to explore life themes, relationships and inner experience in a supportive group setting.

It is not acting – and you are never expected to ‘perform’.

Rather, it is a respectful, experiential process that supports insight, connection, spontaneity, and growth.

Participation in experiential psychodrama workshops like this may contribute to self-development hours for those interested in Psychodrama Australia training programs.

Please check directly with the Sydney Campus to confirm how hours may be recognised.
